Pranav Amarnath is a compassionate Counseling Psychologist dedicated to supporting adolescents and young adults. He specializes in anxiety disorders, depression, stress and burnout, occupational challenges, social skills and assertiveness training, and OCPD (Anankastic Personality).
Pranav emphasizes on providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can delve in and explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. He also believes in using personalized, evidence-based approaches like CBT, REBT, and SFBT, he tailors therapy to each individual’s needs. Passionate about personal growth, he empowers young people to build resilience, enhance well-being, and create a fulfilling future.

Trauma-informed and certified by CORE, India.
Navya addresses both "Big T" and "small t" traumas, supporting individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder, relationship issues, and those seeking personal growth. She also offers support for anxiety, depression, and grief. Navya personalizes each therapeutic alliance, prioritizing client growth and resilience through a tailored and supportive approach.
